If just want to browse the workshop material, you can see all the lectures and case studies from this website. If you want to do the case studies, you need to download the zip file (in the upper navbar) which has pdfs of all the lectures, the case studies, and all the R scripts and data to do the case studies.

To work through the case studies:

1) You will need R. If you don't have it, you can download it from the CRAN R project site http://cran.r-project.org

2) [Optional] For the case studies, you only need the packages that come with the base distribution of R. But if you want to do bootstrapping with the KalmanEM function, you will need to download the packages time and mvtnorm.

3) Extract the zip file to somewhere you can find it(!).

4) Open up R and make your working directory the MSSM_Workshop directory. In Windows, you can do that by selecting "Change dir..." under the "file" menu. Alternately you can issue a command like setwd("E:/MyFiles/MSSM_Workshop/") from the R command line. Notice that the slashes are "/" not "\".

5) Type dir() from the R command line to make sure you are in the right working directory. You should see the R scripts for the case studies.

6) Open up the case study script you want to run and you should be ready to go.
